  A breaker in my 1952 built house would not reset so I called for an electrician to come and fix the problem. He arrived in a plumbing company van and stated that he didnt have all his usual equipment because they only had a plumbing van. He looks at the electrical panel and says Ive never seen anything like this so he takes a picture and sends it to his boss. Next he says that he cannot replace the breaker because he doesnt have a replacement. Now he moves on to finding the issue. After several calls to the boss and testing some outlets and switches he states that he needs to find a junction box. He says to do this he needs to cut holes in the laundry room and asks for permission. I say whatever you need to do because what do I know. After an hour of this still no resolution. Next the boss says try cutting power to the garage which did allow the breaker to reset. He states we need a new line to the garage. I was charged for 3 hours of work with only a diagnosis a holes in my laundry room ceiling, not a fix. So a couple of months later I decide to get a second opinion from my renovation guy. He tested the line to the garage and found no problem. After replacing a couple of switches and an outside outlet everything worked and I have had no additional issues. I have emailed **** the Electrician but they have not even responded. Terrible customer service!!!

  ***** replaced controller for my ceiling fan this morning. He was early (after calling to ask if he could come early), helpful, informative, quick and efficient. Very professional and positive experience.

  Very professional. I requested a cost estimate, and ***** came out within a day to inspect what needed to be done to install a GFI outlet and separate line to the electrical panel, and provided a very reasonable estimate. I accepted, and within two days he was back to proficiently install the line. The final cost was very close to the bottom range of the cost estimate. Very satisfied.

  I'm really happy I called **** the Electrican. Grateful that **** was able to schedule me in this week. ****** the electrician was able to come early to replace four fixtures and fix my garage light. I appreciated how professional, friendly and quick he was with replacing the lights. I will be sure to call again in the future for any electrical needs.
