"Horrible experience, appointment for Nov 29th 650am was booked almost a whole month in advance on Nov 1st Showed up Nov 29th 640am in the morning to find out it was never booked My mom is diabetic that was why the surgery was booked that early in the morning, so she could take her medications and eat earlier so her blood sugar doesnt get too low, the appointment was even written down on paper Antibiotics were to be taken 1 hour before surgery, now we have to wait They have to reschedule at for 9am, then after an hour of waiting i received an email around 805am stating surgery is 920am This is a horrible mistake and they took no ownership of it at all, extremely inconvenient since my morning shoupdnt not have been disrupted with the original appointment and now the whole morning is gone, dont come here, if you ever do make sure you triple check to ensure the appointment is actually booked They charge a fee of $250 if appointments are cancelled same day or failure to arrive on check in time, due to the major failure to do the procedure on appointment time maybe i should bill them I would rate negative stars if i could"
