  This company is the most unreliable company ever. They did the job poorly and damaged my property. And now they dont even reply to my messages. Unprofessional, untrustworthy. Do not waste your time and money. You will save yourself a headache and will thank me LATER do not regret like i did.

  We had at first a great experience with ASAP Concrete, however we quickly noticed the concrete poured within a week wasnt smooth and super textured, but just decided to leave it. However as the next couple months went on the concrete started to crack and peel up. Now with it being summer our concrete is completely falling apart and has now become a tripping hazard. We spent thousands of dollars, and along with our entire front yard being left a complete mess after the work, not taking time to make sure that it was done properly , the unevenness , holes, breaking completely down, stairs falling apart etc its horrible, it was rushed but the bill was expected instantly ; however contact is next to impossible to get someone to even come take a look. Weve sent emails, texts and just keep being told its been forwarded to management Parts of the concrete that is a small wall, that isnt even being walked on, or used is spider webbing and cracking, at this point we have spent thousands of dollars and we couldve spent the time ourselves doing this and it wouldve held up better. Im disgusted we spent so much money and sent photos and been polite and were being completely ignored of the issues.

  Very bad company, charge without permission, over-charge and not refund. Didn't provide receipt after payment. Very bad attitude and poor service, not on time and delay the work, un-professional work. DO NOT GO ASAP if you want to get good work, it is nightmare to choose ASAP.

  We needed a hole cored in our concrete foundation and contacted some companies for quotes.ASAP provided a good price and schedule to do this small job so we hired them.This small job went well, from the office staff coordinating the work to the crew that did the work.

  they would not start work until they were paid in full. paid them in full.checked with my neighbour to see if we could put the dirt on their property as long as they use a tarp. my neighbours were great. but Asap took 3 weeks to come and remove the extra dirt.kept calling them and they would say it was happening the next day. after about 25 calls they finally came and removed the dirt. used every excuse in the book. too cold, truck broke down, 2 trucks broke down , men phoned in sick. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY IN FULL UNTIL THE JOB IS 100% COMPLETE. YOU WILL GET SICK TO YOUR STOMACH WITH ALL THE LIES ETC. ABOUT WHEN THEY ARE COMING
