  We did two home renovations with ******* and team - completing our partially finished basement and redoing our master ensuite shower. Both the renovations were amazing! If you are looking for a contractor that does quality work with an upfront, fully transparent cost estimate, Two Studs is for you.******* listened patiently to our vision for the basement, brought his team on-site to give an accurate estimate early on, and suggested changes / ideas to realize our vision within our budget . Even before the renovations started, we had a detailed project schedule and most things largely were completed within a day or so of the schedule. We did make some changes along the way which changed costs but ******* was attentive to our needs and warned us in advance. Both projects were completed as indicated on the project schedule timeline. All the contractors were easy to deal with and were highly professional. We didn't have to project manage any contractors and it was all very well taken care of by *******.******* is committed to providing the best service and when we had some issues fitting our fridge in the basement bar after the renovations were complete, he stopped by within a few days to resolve the issue. We highly highly recommend Two Studs to bring your renovation vision into a reality!

  Two Studs Renovations converted our undeveloped basement into a legal basement suite. ******* was fantastic to work with. He is knowledgeable, listens to the customer and above all is honest and trustworthy. We had roughly a 3 month timeline and the crew was consistently on schedule throughout. The team Two Studs has is top notch. Every tradesperson that stepped in our house was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The suite turned out better than we could have imagined and the quality of craftsmanship is very evident. I would highly recommend Two Studs Renovations for any renovation project.

  The number one praise item for Two Studs Renovations is keeping to schedule. If you want your project done on time, use Two Studs. We had a complete basement renovation that turned out beautiful. ******* and team were able to pivot as needed, were communicative of any adjustments and considerate of our questions and concerns along the way.

  We hired ******* to finish our basement in to a legal suite that we were a 3 hours drive away from. After discussing the project with ******* and meeting him in person I knew I could trust him with the long *********** being done to the quality we expected. It was nice to see his passion in the project and turned our small 500 sq ft. basement in to a very usable space. I was particularly impressed in having direct contact with some of the trade personnel and they even repositioned some pre-existing studs half an inch to ensure flush walls. If you want to have your vision turn to reality under a reasonable budget and on time I would highly recommend contacting Two Stud Basements for a quote.   Beyond satisfied with Two Studs Basements! I had a renovation of my kitchen, bathroom and half bath. Began the process in the spring. ******* was prompt with replying and setting up a meeting with all his trades present for estimate and ideas of how to make my space(s) functional and aesthetically pleasing. The quote was prepared within 5 days and I was provided with 10 referrals of previous clients and I was invited to a job site to see the quality of work. I live in a condominium townhome and all the required wcb and insurance permits and licences of the business and trades was forwarded to me and condo board promptly. The time frame of completion was within 4 days as promised and minor issues dealt with quickly. The final finish exceeded expectations. All of the trades involved were pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Two studs basements *** again.

  We hired ******* of Two Studs Basements for our basement development as well as creating a main floor office. Our basement includes a specialized workshop in additional to a typical bedroom, bathroom, and den. ******* listened to all our needs and helped us design a space perfect for our family. Everything went so smoothly with excellent quality work. When small issues arose, ******* communicated with us and the trades to ensure they were solved quickly. We appreciated the schedule ******* gave us down to the day for the entire project so we could plan around which trades were coming when. All of the trades he uses are experts in their areas, and are polite and considerate. We are so thrilled with our beautiful new space.   We are so happy with our experience and feel so lucky to have found ******* (Two Studs)! ******* was the contractor to finish our unfinished basement. If I had known how straightforward and stress-free the process would be, we would've contacted Two Studs and finished our basement years ago!Right from the start, ******* made the whole renovation process easy, clear, predictable, and stress-free for us, all while delivering a high-quality product.Three things really stood out for us:- *******'s timing, amazing project management skills, and relationships with the trades professionals: Every single step in the process followed the original timeline that we were given. Having things be so predictable made the project a breeze from our perspective. There were obviously great relationships, trust, and communication behind-the-scenes with all of trades, since everyone simply showed up exactly when we were told to expect them!- The quality of the work. Even though our basement project was fairly basic (what we wanted - and what ******* delivered - was a fun and functional space for our family), ******* was committed to high-quality work and bringing in the best people. They were all very detail-oriented and did excellent work. We appreciate how seriously ******* took our ************* from the start - spending time during the estimate to get to know our hopes for the space. This wasn't our experience with other estimators, who were quick to dismiss our project as being too small to take on.- *******'s communication and responsiveness. He was quick to share updates and respond to questions (not that we had many questions, given how clear the timeline was and how smoothly the process unfolded!).Overall, we could not be happier with our renovation experience and the final product. We will definitely use ******* and Two Studs again and have already recommended him to friends!

  Don't waste your time calling other Contractors make Two Studs your one and only stop you wont regret it! Two Studs completed our whole house **** and the outcome far exceeded our expectations!! Our house looks like a million bucks without having spent a million bucks. Each trade is very highly skilled and their quality workmanship is displayed in our home - it looks and feels like a showhome! The initial consultation was very thorough and they listened to us without judgment, unlike some Contractors, enabling ******* to provide a realistic quote. That was followed up with clear and concise communication throughout a well-managed project, which we appreciate, as well as the fact that it was done on time and on budget. We highly recommend Two Studs for your home project, big or small. Give ******* a call, youll be glad you did! But, dont take our word for it call today and see for yourself!
