    A SERIOUS WARNING USING THIS COMPANY >> ******** ** ** ****** ******* ** ******* **** *** ******** *** ** ******* ************ ****** **** ***** ********** This supports the serious issues I experienced per Cerberus causing damage to my vehicle! Cerberus wrapped the front & rear bumpers & hood on my restored 2006 ****** **** . With no templates for wrapping, it's a unique car which requires an experienced installer to wrap. ** *** ***** ** *** ****** ***** ******** their first attempt to wrap the car was shockingly bad with huge gaps, crooked & jagged seams/cut lines & more! They also wrapped a shiny clear bra over the black matte vinyl hood and half the roof - no experienced installer with ANY common sense would do this! There was zero debate as to how bad the work was, I complained to the company which referred me to Cerberus - Josh was upset that I shared the serious issues with them, stating, "you didn't need to tell them, and make an enemy with me" (his words). I returned my car to have the work redone - per their 2nd attempt, not only did they damage the paint, but the work was also very bad again - clearly reflected per link below to 2nd set of photos! VERY IMPORTANT - the **** Rep & an authorized **** installer review ALL their work - both stating their work is terrible/unacceptable. Josh refused to refund the work, stating I signed a waiver that they are not liable for any damage (WOW) - when the damage caused was solely due to their inept work! I was forced to contact my bank. Chris Curtis, second owner, stepped in and stated they would "allow" my credit card dispute to go thru (worst customer service ever)! With numerous attempts to resolve (with Cerberus not caring), I am now in the process of resolving via legal action. IF YOU'RE EVEN THINKING OF THIS SHOP - ****** ***** ****** ****** ******** ***** ******************************************* *** ************* *******************************************
