  I lived at Boardwalk Community in *********** area for 3 years. I have to say that I was very happy living there. It was a quiet building, nice neighbors and everything was well organize. I was so grateful for the management team and service that I received. People working at the *********** were very good, always available and they acted very fast when I called them with any kind of issues. I have an especial mention to ****** ,one of the office person ,who always was very professional, very friendly and kind, respectful and resolute with every single question or task I asked him for. I completely recommend to rent with them!.

  Worst place to live, **************** No security for your things. No proper maintenance. Stress-full living environment. Poorly maintained old building. Carpets will make you sick.

  Left work early to go look at one of their rentals with my daughter. It is her first rental place to look at. She had made an appointment on line and got a confirmation email. We arrived 15 minutes early and notice that the office had closed. I than called the number to contact on the office door. I got put through a call center and they said someone would get back to us right away. 20 minutes later we haven't heard anything back. So I called the number again and explained the situation and the lady was kind and said she would put out another request for someone to call us. We left 15 minutes later. It has now been 6 hours since we our appointment we made and have not got a call back. Very unprofessional. Not that it'llake a difference to such a big company but I will not ever do business with them.

  Bad management. Jai lou * ans l-bas, a semblait tre un endroit srieux et entretenu, vu le background check de fou quils ont fait sur moi mon arrive ainsi que les photos de lappartement qui semblaient trs luxueux. Inutile de vous dire que ctait un f****** scam. Je prend possession dun logement plein de moisissure, les fentres coulent, la plomberie est dfectueuse, les tuiles de la salle de bain sont fendues et le bois franc ailleurs dans lappartement est tout grafign. On ma dit ne pas avoir inspect le logement avant mon arrive. Un mois scoule et une mise en demeure advient avant que lon ***** de venir rparer. Rparer est un grand mot, on met du pltre sur la moisissure des murs et on met du caulking sur les bords de fentre qui coule. La moisissure revient videmment, mes meubles tout neufs sont plein de champignons. Mon plafond de salle de bain est tellement imbib deau quil menace de scrouler, on me dit que a ne tombera pas bientt et donc que a ne sert rien de le rparer et jen ****** Pire exprience de gestion dune compagnie, lavenir je ferai affaire avec un bon vieux propritaire physique, parce que les appels de rparation ne sont jamais entendu et lorsquils le sont, on patch sur ce qui est bris. Ainsi on fait de largent sur le dos du pauvre monde. Ne louez jamais chez H*8*2*4*8*2***2**H.

  Wish I had read these reviews before moving **** *** ** *** ** ********* *********** Noise complaints during the day from the new neighbour beneath us. So we are forcing our kids to make no noise, have no fun, it is a total jail here! They tried to take our rent early just so they can say we haven't paid rent and they are threatening litigation that us, the tenants would cover the fees for. Holy ****...Do Not Rent HERE
