I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. I am still waiting to receive this email with a settlement. ongly of marijuana for days.Since the move, *** attempted to contact the company. When I call from my own phone, I receive a message saying there are calling restrictions in place. However, when I call the same numbers from a friends phone, someone answers. When I said I wanted to discuss an issue with a recent move, I was placed on hold, then asked to leave a message. None of my voicemails have been returned. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable given the cost and the assurances I was given. I respectfully request that the BBB investigate this company and take appropriate action.

My wife and I have been incredibly disappointed throughout our moving experience with ***. We decided to use *** in the first place (despite not being the lowest estimate we received) because they advertised their professionally trained movers and low rates of damage. Our experience was the exact opposite. On the moving date of 3/27, our movers were incredibly unp***ared for the job, constantly on their phones or resting, and substantially damaged both our possessions and our new home. We had discussed the details of our move and received a quote for $837.52. Because of the constant delays and lack of p***aredness, the move went way longer than anticipated and we were charged well over double the estimate ($1870.58). We were frustrated but since we had bought the extra insurance coverage plan for $175 that would cover up to $5000 in damages we assumed that we would be made whole for at least the damages done to our items/home (we assessed to be about $1550 for a broken tv, baking dish, damaged treadmill, and the various instances of damages to our home). Despite how much of a nightmare our move was, the claims process has proved to be an even worse experience. We received our claim offer and found it was substantially lower than what we expected and far below the amount it would cost us to ***lace the broken items with something equivalent. The communication from the claims team was incredibly inconsistent and our claims *** would rarely (if ever) respond to the questions we emailed him. We requested a review of the claim assessment and were told they had submitted it and we would hear soon and then 3 times since I have called in and they have not even registered it as needing to be reviewed. All in all this has been an incredibly frustrating and, in my opinion as a customer, dishonest way to do business. We would appreciate a response with a more reasonable resolution on our claim assessment after review and a refund on some of the additional moving cost. Thank you

A neighbor moving out in my apartment complex was using this company-I walked out of my apartment to leave for work and was aggressively asked is that your husband and I asked if they were referring to the man who had just left in his car, he said yes and I did too. He then proceeded to threaten to physically assault him for asking him to move his truck so he could back out-and mentioned they were directly blocking me in and I was going to be leaving for work in just a minute. He told me to call him to come back so he could pop him. I told him I was going to report him and he told me his name is Malikai .
