      Hi unfortunately trugreen attempted to call but I missed the call. The number they provided to call back was the main customer service line. I tried calling on 3 separate occasions and keep being told they have no way of reaching the person that called me. Yesterday the representative even hung up on me. What should I do??

      TruGreen contacted Mrs. ******* we apologized for the frustration and concerns with her property being sprayed. TruGreen did visit the property to get the correct lot lines for the TruGreen customer and Mrs. ******* property.  TruGreen has agreed to cover the cost of replacing the plants that was damaged. Mrs. ******* will follow up directly with the local manager, when she replants Mrs. ******* will send TurGreen the invoice for the new plants. TruGreen has added instructions the Customer's account to insure this will not happen anymore. We will continue to monitor on our end.  TruGreen considers this BBB complaint resolved.

      TruGreen did attempt to contact the customer. ********************** did cancel the service today, credited the account to remove the balance and added account information into our internal do not contact portal.  TruGreen considers the BBB complaint resolved.

      They are charging me for mosquito flea and tick service but never came to do it

      TruGreen spoke with Mr. ****** 5/14/25 regarding his concerns. TruGreen apologizes for the delay in the first mosquito/pest control application being scheduled. TruGreen advised Mr. ****** that the application is scheduled for Monday, 5/19/25. TruGreen confirmed that Mr. ****** has not yet been charged for the service and has only been charged for his first lawn application that was completed 5/13/25.

      trugreen. woke me this morning performing aeration/overseed operation which i didn't need nor had ordered nor had been notifid in advance they were going to do.They said it was an AUTOMATIC renewal from a prior year. They also said they sent a text to my landline. the landline does not accept texts

      TruGreen Corporate Escalation Team spoke with *** ***** ******, today.  TruGreen is in the process of refunding the charge for the aeration service in the amount of $942.57.  TruGreen also agreed to contact *** ****** in the fall 2025, to go over services for 2026, and not auto renew his account, *** has agreed to this resolution.  His account is noted to call him in November 2025. TruGreen considers this case resolved and closed. ~ SW

      I never authorized TruGreen to provide lawn care this year. Yet they are billing me for some thing I never authorized. About a month ago I called them and after several attempts was able to speak with a person. The person on line said it is taken care of but I received the bill again. Hope you can help in resolving this issue. I had hired them last year and was totally dissatisfied with them. That is why I did not hire them this year.

      TruGreen Corporate Escalation Team attempted to contact Mr. **** today, and we left a voice message for Mr.  TruGreen apologized for the unexpected service and charge.  TruGreen has taken the appropriate steps to remove the balance on the account. ********************** did let the Mr. **** know the refund normally takes 3 to 5 business days.  The account is fully canceled.  TruGreen considers this matter closed.
