      Defe time coffee cup. On 5-8-2024. I am a 61 year old diabetic and my hand is still affected. Reached out and heard noting back. I guess it's time to get a lawyer

      As a 42 year old disabled veteran with gray hair and beard, I was carded by a 20 year old. She told me that my FEDERAL DOD issued ID is not valid. That is against the law. I reported it to their corporate and never received a response.

      Gas station that gives out fake Hollywood money instead of real money for change. Was told that their machines would mark the bills, but there are no markings on the sides of this bill . Was told that they will not replace the money that they had gave me even though they said they watch the cameras and they don’t know

      Friday February 16th at 1:15 I pulled up to get fuel. After starting to pump the hose exploded and sprayed fuel all over me drenching me and spraying inside my truck. The gas burned my skin and has ruined inside of my truck. Filed report with management and have called several times. Was told claims would call me and resolve this . Haven’t received call from anyone.

      On June 23, 2023, I fell at the MAPCO store on Wedgewood and 8th Ave South in Nashville. My shoe caught on the edge of a worn-out rug. I am homeless and was staying in the area so was in the store often. I fell directly on my eye and knees and had to go to the hospital via ambulance. The next day when I got out of the hospital, I went back to the store to get the things that the employees had put up for me. There was a "roving" manager, Shawna, who was at the store and instead of submitting an incident report, she accused me of messing up the bathroom and banned me from the store. The left half of my face was swollen and bruised from the fall and I was having trouble walking because of my knees. I was finally able to get an incident report filed on the next Tuesday, 6/27/2023 by the regular Manager, Rhonda, who knew me and knows that I clean up the store, bathrooms, and try to help with some of the bad characters in the area. It still took another two weeks for someone to contact me though I was calling almost every day. I do not have a phone but I do check my email daily. Through my phone calls and emails, there was finally a decision that the fall was not their fault. The day after the fall, the rug was thrown away. All the employees have been fired or have left the store. Both Managers have been fired and the new Manager and District Manager do not know anything about the claim. I am left with a permanent eye injury and no recourse because the evidence has been destroyed and witnesses fired. I believe they have done me wrong.

      Waited 10 mins as she was doing something else behind the counter whitch wasn’t a big deal , I’m in no rush. After I told her what I wanted she would get in my face and yell and I understand she has hearing problems but I’m speaking as loud as I can but she still continued to get fustrated and yell in an aggressive tone , not a tone that you would have if you was simply part deaf but in an aggressive manner because she couldn’t find what I wanted. When she finally found it ( ******* **** ) she asked for my ID , no problem I got it out but it does have an indentation in it from being in my wallet she bent it and said it was broke and she couldn’t accept it and claimed it was taped when what she was seeing was the film on the ID not tape. Also has a case of 50 percent off items as she rung it up and had an attitude when I asked what’s the price for it since it’s 50 percent off and was very rude telling me that. I’m not a guy that gets upset and made and definitely not a disrespectful guy so I just simply walked out but this is a serious issue that needs to be dealt with. Not only did I wait 10 mins being the only person in there she basically indented my ID more that it originally was, than followed up by refusing me the product because of that very reason while being rude to me the entire time.
