Brightview has no regard for your property. They kick rocks up like crazy and broke one of my car windows, but when I attempted to contact them no one answered nor returned my call. Do NOT use this trash company, as they should be shutdown permanently!

Terrible company and Loryan C***, landscape manager is despicable person. He carries out acts of intimidation against residents for the HOA in order to keep his contract with them and the landscaping services are terrible.BrightView Landscapes LLC

Purchased a Garden Home in *****, ** at a 55+ community currently managed by the builder, Pulte. We are paying for landscaping and maintenance in our HOA fee! My backyard has never been grass. Just all weeds and now Wild Bermuda that looks terrible. BrightView will NOT perform the proper maintenance to maintain a healthy turf and lawn. There are so many other problems with BrightView I cant list them all! If we ever move we will not purchase in a development that BrightView is working in!BrightView Landscapes LLC

Never completed work that was paid for. I paid to have my palm tree trimmed and Brightview never did the work. Now, Brightview will not return phone calls or emails about getting a refund.

This landscaping company was brought in by our HOA. They consistently BLOCK resident driveways. They restrict access into our development by parking exactly at the ENTRANCE/EXIT again blocking access. They also park Infront of a fire hydrant often.
They prevent trash collection because they BLOCK access to at least 60 households. The management company has spoken to them and that only helps for a short period of time until they go back to the same thing.BrightView Landscapes LLC

Brightview is the worst landscaping company in FL. The management is inefficient, they do not train their workers well and pay them low wages. They are a disgrace to the profession. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!They have become the most corrupt landscape company in ******* by far. Run!! -***** *. ********, ***** office Former Branch Manager/Account Manager/Production Manager/Irrigation Manager/Branch Administrator at the ******** office.-Branch management and upper management are very corrupt and engage in highly illegal practices and encourage illegal activities for those new to the company.- They will take your commission and never pay you for what you earn or accomplish.- They will provide you and their clients with nothing but false promises all while they are collecting/stealing money in the hundred of thousands that is not theirs by way of theft by service.- They will not do pre employment screening or random screening as required by law. Most of the field employees are all smoking weed and drunk on the job while driving commercial motor vehicles.- If you do not go along with the corruption taking place at Brightview they will target you for termination.- If you go against or report all the highly illegal/life threatening activities taking place at the company they will target you for termination. **************** Employee Retention and ******************** will do absolutely nothing to protect the Brightview name and image.*Note: There are many reputable landscape companies in the area. BrightView Landscapes LLC is currently being used in our ************* and they are terrible and create damages to our lawns without notifying the residents and when the residents create a ticket to BrightView Landscapes the supervisor (****) does not respond. In less than five years we have had to replace our sod twice due to BrightView Landscapes LLC not applying the proper pesticides to control cinch bugs. If youre looking for a bulk landscaping company for your HOA or business STAY AWAY FROM BrightView Landscapes LLC! Avoid this nightmare! Beware. Brightview did work for two HOA's we manage and both of them turned into disasters. It's been well over a year now and last week we had yet another issue with the substandard work they did. They refuse to admit any wrongdoing and would not extend their warranty because of the complete and utter disaster they caused. The HOA's spent far more money than necessary having to hire better vendors to fix their debacles. They should not be allowed to touch anyone's property.BrightView Landscapes LLC
