      I bought a living room suite with big lots on ***** Highway I have the warranty I paid a lot money for and the couch recliner has never been right since they delivered it and now it doesnt want to recline at all it makes a bad popping noise also . I had reached out to somone several times about fixing this and never got help . Now the store is closed . What can I do to have somone come look at my couch .?

      I got approved for a big lots credit card, and made several purchases on the card and the card issued, when making a purchase on items over a certain amount, the items will be on a 6 to 12 month promotion deal on all items purchased over$150 dollars, I purchased an item for over $647,paid it off with no interest because so long as you pay your purchased items off within the time period, you owed no interest, next item purchased was over$300, dollars paid it off early to avoid interest, the business was closing down in 2 weeks, and before it did I purchased an item of $188 dollars a week before the store closed, I also used the card on smaller priced items,so after making these purchases, I had a bill of around $450, when I made these purchases I asked the store manager will I have a certain time to pay for the purchased items before interest is included, I was told no interest if paid within a 6 to 12 months times frame, just like the other items I had bought the same way,and I paid off everything before and never had to pay interest on the items because I paid them off within the time frame, but when I made my 1st payment on the Last purchased items on 02/15/2025,of $****** THAT would have are was the amount that qualified for no interest for 6 to ******************************************************************************************************************************************* on something That I bought 2 months ago, on a big lots credit card that I used before under the terms of no interest, if paid in full within 6 to 12 months, and I even asked the if I paid the $ ****** dollars out of the $441.92 dollars I owe would they stop the interest and the said no you still have to pay interest and this is not what the credit card issued was ever applied to, I feel because they closed down in February of 2025, the are trying to charge as much as they can, and they are reopening the same store this next month May 2025, under new owner ship,

      We purchased a king *********** bed and specifically asked if the bed rails were included in the bed. The store manager confirmed everything was in the boxes. The side panels were not in the boxes and unable to locate anywhere. We have an unusable king sized bed and want our money back.

      Big lots failed to adequately inform customers with store credit that they were closing and our store credit would be worthless. I want my money back. They owe me approximately $60

      A member of ********************** Team has followed up with ********* ***** and reviewed their concern. We have communicated with Ms. ***** and informed her that, effective January 17, 2025, the use of gift cards was discontinued. Rewards customers were notified via email, and this information was also communicated through in-store signage and our FAQs on **************************. Big Lots considers this matter now closed.

      Hello, this is the response I have received from big lots. I have clearly stated that the manufacturer had closed their doors even before they sold me the couch. I have a broken couch and now that they have closed all of their credit cards my credit score has gone down. I would appreciate at least them paying off the rest of the couch through commenity and or a full refund. Furthermore, let me know what I can do to continue to file this complaint.

Mrs. ********* purchased furniture during the liquidation, and she has reported that the item is not functioning properly. We have informed her that, as Big Lots is going out of business, all sales are final, and we are unable to process claims for damaged items or warranty requests. As we have provided this information, Big Lots now considers this matter closed.

As Big Lots is in liquidation online ordering was discontinued January 1, 2025. Mrs. ***** was advised to contact the bank immediately. Big Lots considers this matter now closed.
