AEP Energy offered a good price for the kind of electricity generation I wanted, over a decent term at a fixed price. I just signed on for an extension of service and found the experience easy and clear. When I followed up with a question not answered on the web site, AEP representatives were knowledgeable and courteous, addressing my questions and completing the new contract. For where we are and what we expect for residential service, *** is doing a very good job.AEP Energy
