      I ordered a dress for a wedding that didn't fit and returned since September of last year. I have been emailing since and have yet to receive my refund. I contacted my credit card company and sent my returned receipt and purchased receipt and still didn't get a refund. Lord and Taylor has been giving me the run around to steal my money and no one to talk to. I'm still waiting for my $411.00 and I will not let them steal it. I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM THERE AGAIN!!!

      I never received my order and, like many others, I'm unable to get in contact with anyone via email, text, or chat support. I ordered shoes for an event I'm attending, well in advance of the event, and I was charged for this purchase. Still, this order was never delivered. Seeing that this has happened to so many others is even more upsetting and unethical.

      I never received 2 items I ordered. There is no phone number to call and speak to someone. I sent messages via emails and text chat and no responses on all accounts. I will never order from again, awful customer service.

      Lord and Taylor sent me a tracking number for a package going to ***** which is not even close to my address. When trying to get help, they refused to admit fault and insisted that *** has delivered to the wrong address. They repeatedly insisted that they provided *** w my address not this random ***** one, so I have to take it up with ***. *** said the sender was definitely not Lord and Taylor and the delivery address was set for ***** with a different recipient name. Whoever is using the Lord and Taylor name is trying to scam people!

      NEVER EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY. Their lack of customer service will but you in a bad mental space. It makes you question yourself. I ordered a few items December 21, 2023. Two (2) items (a top and sandal) were not delivered through no fault of mines. As off this day I have sent 50 plus emails asking for a refund for the items I never received. The send you the same nonsense generic response that they are awaiting a response from their warehouse and are working to get you refunded. HA! jokes on you to believe that. Their warehouse must be located on the Sun and the pigeon they tied the query to hasn't arrived with a response. Utter madness. I have finally logged a dispute for service not received.Oh and using the chat feature, expect to be ignored by ***** or ******. No empathy.

      Initial Complaint 02/21/**** Complaint Type:Problems with Product/Service Status:UnansweredMore info I placed an online order with Lord and Taylor for $49 on February 15th ****. I paid extra for 2 to 3 day shipping. As of date I have not received my order. Lord and Taylor has no responding to me neither by phone, by text and email. and I can't place a stop payment on the order as it was paid for. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. I feel like I have been scammed. Then, I just realized there was so many complaints about them and all related to their non responding service and credibility. They collected customers payment without sending any goods and responding. This is fulfilled fraudulents definition very obviously. This is a crime! I wonder, are there any governments regulations to stop this company from performing such scams on much more consumers in the future?

      Shipping times are horrible. **************** is horrible. Every time I reach out they are literally stupid and ignorant. They don't even answer to what I say/ask. They respond saying other things I didn't even ask. Wanted to exchange a final sale item because when I checked out I meant to get a different color, but they said they couldn't help me or change it which I find bs. I then asked if I could do an exchange when it got delivered, the agent said yes. I can't do the exchange myself since it's final sale so I reached out and again an agent ignored what I asked regardless when I said the last agent said I could. They need better agents because this is beyond bs. Same with their return policy should change to make it easier and better for customers. Also they NEVER answer when I text for help, and says you can chat but I never see the chat pop up on app or website. They are liars.

      If I had known that the high end, reputable store chain known as Lord and Taylor had declared bankruptcy in 2021 and closed all the brick and mortar stores, I never would have purchased from this online only retailer. The *** return label they provided was addressed to Chic Home Designs LLC.I returned a robe that I had only tried on on the day I received it using their provided label. They received it 12/7/2023. I contacted them 12/14/2023 to be told they had a back log processing refunds. I contacted them 1/14/2024 asking where my refund was and received the same sort of response. I replied that I wanted my refund and they replied they had escalated my inquiry to the team. On 1/19/2024, I emailed again and said I was contacting **************** if I didnt receive a refund immediately. I havent heard from them since. I have turned everything over to ****************.

      Shipping times are inaccurate. I paid for 2-3 day shipping. When I did not receive my order, I reached out to customer service. No response on text or email so I tried their chat. It took 90 minutes on their chat to get an answer. I was finally told it takes 5-7 business days to prepare an order and then 2-3 days to ship. This means that 2-3 day shipping is actually 2 weeks.
