      Horrible Horriblle stay away . My daughter and son in law bought me a 6 month pass for unlimited as they have . On Tues may 7 I went thru it as I normally do and while going thru it ripped my passenger mirror off yes factory mirror !! I was so upset and went to attendant who gave me a card to scan and fill out within 2 days . I asked for tape to get home so it wouldnt bang on door reluctantly he taped it up and said you should hear within 5 days . Also it bends your plate but I already ordered new one as special plate . But I Take Great care of my car !! They 100% know my mirror was not broken . I took pictures while there from before it was taped by worker and after . Yesterday a man reached out and said he would look at footage today and call me back . I just got a call from.a worker not Shaun who said he would call me . He had the worker call to say we saw nothing in the tape ? Thats a huge LIE I said Im coming down I would like to see it as I know its a lie but I was told he cant allow it ? Seems pretty suspicious to me ? He cant give out district mgr number either I demanded to come down today to look and if not I will call my ins co and small claims . I cant see out of it taped straight Im so upset but not finished yet and my family will also drop all memberships as they arent happy and feel really bad about the gift they got me . Very un professional and seem like they dont like there job . I see so many horrible reviews on here and yelp . So I would not recommend this car wash to Anyone. *****

      i never knew i had this service! i never signed up for it ! , a year went by and i found out i was being charged every month , i called and cancelled it a year ago. I am doing my taxes and found it was never canceled , i have another year of paying into this and never received any service . I feel like i have been scammed ,
