  I am insured by Allstate, I had a collision with an at-fault driver who was insured by Direct Insurance *** Even though their driver was charge at-fault by the Sheriff, Direct refused to pay claim. Allstate paid my repairs less the deductible which I had to pay. When it came time for Allstate to subrogate I learned that Direct Insurance is a sub carrier owned by Allstate. Allstate refuses to subrogate any affiliated companies even though this violates the law. There is nothing in their policy that tells the customer they will not subrogate their sub-carriers.The Florida Insurance **************** allows this violation.

  I had a water damage claim October 26, 2024. The adjusters dont call back and their phone numbers dont work when you call. I told me she was going to send someone to pick up the wet bed linen. Never happened. Now, one of the bags with linens in it was removed by the drywallers by accident. I had already sent pictures and receipts for the items I lost, and I didnt include everything. I left out what I couldnt provide a price for. I was told the adjuster was sending a cabinet maker. The warped cabinets were wet by toilet water and they expect me to put them back up and put food in them. How when they are warped? They are still on the floor. I was told someone would come get the vanity its still in my bathroom broken. I was told Id be compensated for my personal property. Never happened. I was told they would assist with the electrical work. My breakers are hot about to cause a fire and still no call back from the adjuster. They gave me barely enough time make the appropriate repairs. I told them more drywall was wet than was cut out, they ignored me and only cut what they wanted. The people at Puro Clean didnt speak English and told me something to get me to sign off and give them a review of the work they had done. They said the insurance company didnt allow them to do anything else. The adjuster ******* and her manager have bad attitudes and I dont want to deal with them! Im already going through enough. The insurance adjusters made this harder for me than it had to be. Its been almost weeks since I received a call no matter how many messages I leave. The adjusters didnt even know I had uploaded my photos and they were uploaded since October. They low balled my claim, gave me the bare minimum and still havent honored their word on anything else. This claim should have been closed. I had to ask the adjuster several times to send me the inventory sheet. She drug her feet. When I complained the manager called with an attitude. Im frustrated now.
