      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. They have eventually removed the fees. I also found out that my package never went through *** inspection so none of these fees should have been charged in the first place. It took me two weeks calling various agencies to resolve this issues. This is not acceptable for UPS to charge such fees and put consumers through this.

      ***** ********'t even show evidence of the fee charges. No invoice, they just come up with a random number that they force customers to pay. We need to have regulations on this type of hidden fees. I intend to contact our attorney general in ********** about this case. I am looking for UPS to remove the brokerage fee.
