      Hello,

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention.
While you are obligated per your lease to provide a written 60-day notice and a receipt for professional cleaning upon move-out, leadership has indicated that we will go ahead and waive these fees as a courtesy due to the circumstances.

We have submitted a credit request for the following:
      Insufficient Notice - $2,972.05
      Cleaning - $450

The credit requests are currently being processed. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to post. If any refund is due after posting, a check will be mailed to the forwarding address we have on file for you. If you need to update your address, please ensure you notify us as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while this was reviewed. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.

      Thank you again,

****** ******** the application paperwork, which was processed and approved on April 23rd. But ever since then, they have dragged their feet in sending the new resident amendment form to all parties on the lease. The lack of action from Progress in sending forward the new resident amendment is causing me real financial hardship, and causing housing issues for the girl who is taking over my old room. Because Progress has delayed processing these requests for so long, the new girl and I are facing unnecessary stress and financial burdens.I understand that lease changes can take time, but three weeks of delay on simple leasing paperwork and fifteen calls on the same simple subject is unreasonable. I respectfully ask the BBB to facilitate a prompt resolution: that Progress Residential re-send all girls on the lease the new resident amendment form, and process it within ***** hours as they always claim they will when I call them. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
