According to BBB research, "flightripz" is not a travel agency nor a business located in Wisconsin, despite its alleged use of a Milwaukee address.
The address, 250 E. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee is a virtual address. Its telephone number, 715-804-0025, is a VoIP phone number and the BBB has been unable to reach anyone when calling it.
In addition, the website "flightripz.com" was created in 2018 and its registrant is private. As of at least March 17, 2020, the website is no longer active.
The BBB has received a complaint from a consumer who states he purchased airline tickets at an unusually low price through flightripz.com only to arrive at the airport and find out the tickets had recently been canceled, with the refund being received by someone other than the complainant. The complainant was forced to purchase new tickets in order to board the flight, and states that although someone from flightripz has repeatedly promised to reimburse him the amount paid of $1574, he has not received a refund.
