      Mike and Anna Job # ****** Our overall experience with Mad City Windows and Bath was excellent. I was a bit skeptical about going with a company that relies on so much media advertising, but they came through on every promise. They removed a tub insert, and installed a new shower. The installation team arrived right on schedule, they were courteous and professional. They were careful not to track dust, and cleaned up meticulously. The entire install took about four hours. The finished product is beautiful, and the shower is great. We spray the shower doors and walls with a vinegar/water solution and squeegee, and it dries completely spot free.

      Great window quality and great installers. I have worked over 30 plus years in the window industry and I'm very happy all the way around with Mad City. I have an older home and some of the flashing around a few windows was challenging. Jim the installer did an excellent job. My bathroom window is obscure so the light comes in but people can't see through the glass. It's beautiful. Thank you Mad City.

      We could not be happier than we are with our new shower! From beginning to end, all went well. The sales rep was very helpful and made suggestions based on our wants and needs. They measured the space carefully twice. Scott was the main installer and he and his team were excellent. They explained everything well. They kept us well informed of dates and times, etc. They arrived for the install about 8:30 am and I believe they were done around 2 pm. When we finally used the shower, we felt the pressure of the water from the shower head was low, so we called them. They sent someone out to remove a water saver piece, per our request. That took care of that issue. They were cordial, cleaning up everything behind them--even laying a covering over the other floors so they would not drag in any dirt. Couldn't be happier. Also, we have a window in our shower area. We wanted to hang a plastic curtain and screw the brackets for a rod into the shower material. They recommended again this, to avoid possibly rust from the brackets in time. So we opted for a spring rod inside the window with a small plastic curtain and it worked out very well. Thanks, Mad City!

      Pleasant, courteous workers, speedy installation, high-quality windows. Before my glass was cold to the touch and stained by internal condensation. Now they are warm and crystal clear. Very happy.

      They went above and beyond helping me design my new walk-in shower. On day of installation, they arrived on time and finished on time. Installed grab bars where they worked best for me. After cleaning up they ran through the do's and don'ts of cleaning the new show enclosure so I can enjoy it for years to come. Final Results were simply fantastic. Looks like a brand-new bathroom!       We had three bathrooms renovated by Mad City and we could not have been happier with the service and the final results. Our installation team, Steven and Dean, and the project coordinator, Matt, were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to ensure that we received a quality product that was exactly what we wanted. They maintained excellent communication and left us with three beautiful showers!

      We were very pleased with the work Mad City Windows did at our house. They replaced a really old family room picture window and replaced the tub in our guest bathroom. Every part of the process was done professionally, on time and on budget. We would not hesitate to use them again if we had the need.*********************
