    "I came to the dealership to purchase my vehicle on 7/19/24 I was told I would get loaners whenever I brought the vehicle in for service I buy the vehicle and leave with it on 7/20/24 fast forward to 8/07/24 with 2,400 miles on the car i get an oil light on my dashboard meaning “low oil level” so i go to pop the hood like anybody would and the hood latch is broken so i bring the whole car to the dealership tell them what is going on and they take the car in and they offer me a loaner I give them my id like normal but this time i am dealing with Daniel ****** (great guy and absolutely 0 complaints with him) he asks me if I am 21?
