          On March 6, 2017, BBB received a consumer complaint alleging he contacted Morgan Pugs Puppies to purchase a pug puppy.  The breeder was allegedly selling the pug for $500 and told the consumer he could make payments. The consumer claims he paid $95 through MoneyGram for shipping costs and a down payment.  The consumer claims he was then contacted by Pet Express Animal Transport, using the address of 9000 W Airport Drive, Spokane, WA; this is the address for Spokane International Airport.  Pet Express allegedly told the consumer he would have to pay an additional $350 via Money Gram for refundable pet travel insurance, which would be refunded after the pug was safely delivered. The consumer never received the puppy.

          BBB confirmed the address in Spokane, Washington that was provided to the consumer does not belong to Morgan Pugs Puppies. In addition, the company is not licensed to do business in the state of Washington.  Their website was created on December 12, 2016, and the owner is privacy protected.  BBB also found that much of the language used on the website was taken directly from www.kabova.com/about-us.  Pictures of the puppies for sale can also be found being sold by other breeders on websites such as puppyfinder.com.

          BBB has reached out to the company via email and is awaiting a response.
