On November 29, 2017, BBB received a report in BBB’s Scam Tracker from a consumer alleging they had been contacted by Beach Property Management whose Business Profile can be viewed by clicking here, xxxxxxx (still creating this review) and Escrow Solutions, Inc. with an offer to buy and sell their timeshare located in Mexico for higher than marketplace value.
BBB found Escrow Solutions, Inc. is not a licensed escrow company in Washington State. BBB found the business is not located at their advertised address. BBB found their website was registered on October 20, 2017 and it’s ownership is in Mexico. On December 1, 2017, BBB reached out to the company by email and mail and is awaiting a response.
