As of June 6, 2019, BBB has received scam tracker reports from consumers stating they paid money to have a car shipped to them. The consumers never received the car and are not able to receive a refund. BBB sent notifications to [email protected], but have not received a response.
On June 6, 2019, BBB also attempted to contact Autosmart Solutions, Inc at their advertised address of 4662 Airport Way S, Seattle, WA 98108. The mail was returned as not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward.
Autosmart Solutions does not have a required escrow license or US DOT number to transport vehicles which is a requirement to act as an escrow agent and transporter in the state of Washington and United States of America. Autosmart Solutions is not registered with Washington Secretary of State. BBB has reason to believe that Autosmart Solutions is located in the state of Washington or in the United States.

The company's website https://sapaautosales.com was created on August 10, 2020.
