    From the beginning with ****** all the way through the coaching everyone has been very professional, patient and very helpful. Every person who helped me addressed any of my concerns immediately. They each took as much time as necessary to be sure I understood what I was doing and the purpose for each step. This was extremely helpful as I'm not very technologically astute.
