On July 18, 2022, an investigation letter was sent to the company by the BBB regarding their revoked contractor's license. On August 2, 2022 the letter was returned by the post office as "Return to Sender, Attempted Not Known, Unable to Forward." On August 10, 2022, BBB resent investigation letter to new address found during an updated investigation of the company. As of the date of this Business Profile, the company has not responded to letter and the post office has not returned the mail.

During a Better Business Bureau investigation, Regal Renovations, LLC does not have a 2022 business license according to the Virginia Beach, Virginia Commissioner of Revenue. An Internet search of the company, principal, and address revealed no adverse information on the company nor principal. A viral search of the address on file with the BBB was revealed to be a storage style facility.
