On May 7, 2024 the Board for Contractors issued a Consent Order regarding R. Fralin Construction, Inc. R. Fralin Construction, Inc.
The following acts are prohibited: Contracting with an unlicensed or improperly licensed contractor or subcontractor in the delivery of contracting services. R. Fralin Construction, Inc. used two unlicensed subcontractors in the construction of a house. R. Fralin Construction, Inc. acknowledges an understanding of the charges and admits to the violations.
