On June 20, 2023 Commonwealth of Virginia Board for Contractors issued a Consent Order regarding Vipperman Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Inc. By signing the consent order Vipperman Air Conditioning and Refridgeration, Inc acknowledges and understanding of the charges and admits to the violation. Vipperman stated it was an oversite that the dates were not included in the contract.
The following acts are prohibited: Failure of those engaged in residential contracting to comply with the terms of a written contract with the minimum requirement of when work is to begin and the estimated completion date.
