April 2018, BBB attempted to contact Blueline Soft (www.bluelinesoft.com)
regarding its online training and certification services. The website offers various online courses and
claims that “We have achieved more than 90% success rate with our past
students.”
BBB asked Blueline Soft to provide background
information including a completed BBB Business Questionnaire, the physical address
of its principal office or headquarters, names and full contact information of
ten customers who have obtained professional certification as a result of its
services, copies of all contracts and consumer agreements, a full explanation
of fees & refund policies, and copies of all advertising and promotional
materials.
As of April 24, 2018, BBB had received no response
from the business regarding the information requested. BBB has been unable to locate a corporation
filing for the business. Certified mail
sent to the business’ address was returned “unclaimed”. BBB is uncertain of the business’ physical location
and the website is hosted by a private domain service.
