The BBB requested written clarification from the company on the specifics of the guarantee claim and offered modification options to resolve the issue.
Upon receipt of the ad challenge from the BBB, Cleaning Service Co. has agreed to modify their "Satisfaction Guaranteed" statement by adding,"If you are not F % satisfied with our service for any reason, we will gladly return within 24 hours to make sure you are happy! Your satisfaction is our top priority!" This advertisement challenge was closed as successfully modified.
