A refund will be issued only after the situation meets our terms and conditions. 1 The customer must call us within 48 hours after the cleaning is done. 2 We will send our crew back to the house to redo the service or the area in question. 3 If customer is still not satisfied with the service after we have sent the cleaning crew back, we will send a supervisor to evaluate the cleaning final results and to confirm that the customer's dissatisfaction is due to our cleaning procedures.
