On march 14, 2023 Lakeview Custom Homes & Docks, LLC entered into a Consent Order with the Board for Contractors. Lakeview Custom Homes & Docks, LLC acknowledges an understanding of the charges and admits to the violation as outlined.
The follow acts are prohibited: 1. Assisting another to violate any provision of the Code of Virginia, or combining or conspiring with or acting as agent, partner or associate for another. 2. Making any misrepresentation or making a false promise that might influence, persuade or induce. Lakeview Custom Homes & Docks misrepresented to the Roanoke City Building Department that Lakeview was performing the renovation work.
