Specifically, the company’s use of the claim “100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE” did not meet the Better Business Bureau Code of Advertising guidelines because it needed substantiation. The BBB requested written requesting more detail on their "100% satisfaction guarantee."
BBB received an emailed response on July 3, 2024 from the owner of Mosquito Fighter LLC stating, "Yes, we do offer free resprays (as part of the guarantee). We do not have many complaints during the summer, but when we do - we immediately send our technicians back out to investigate and retreat the customers yard." The ad challenge was closed as substantiated.
