          In March 2019, BBB attempted to contact Star Pets Relocators (starpetsrelocators.com) after receiving inquiries related to a puppy scam.

          BBB asked Star Pets Relocators to provide basic information including its physical address, a working telephone number, names & contact information of responsible management, verification of state and/or federal licensure to breed and/or transport pets, and a completed BBB Standard Business Questionnaire.  BBB also requested references with full contact information for at least ten (10) U.S. consumers who had successfully transported pets as a result of its services.  Additionally, BBB requested substantiation of testimonials posted on the starpetsrelocators.com website.  The results of that inquiry are reported in the Advertising Review section on this Business Profile.

          As of April 1, 2019, BBB had received no response from Star Pets Relocators.  Registry information shows that the website originates from a private domain provider; no location can be determined.  BBB has not been able to locate information connecting the website to any corporation or other entity in the United States and the Fredericksburg, Virginia address used is fictitious.  

          BBB has reason to believe that starpetsrelocators.com is a fraudulent website with connections to pet transportation scams.  BBB urges consumers to use extreme caution before making a purchase or sharing any other information with Star Pets Relocators or any related websites.
