Customer complaints allege that they did not receive the promised services, nor did they re-coop their investment ($3580 to $10,000) in six months as the sales person alleged when selling the consumer the package.
Other consumers allege that they have tried to cancel within the three days as stated in the contract, but the company has either not picked up their certified letter or refused the letter.
