The Utah Division of Corporations and Commercial Code does not have a registration under the business name.

Consumers provided documentation from the business showing the business at 240 N. East Promontory, Ste. 200, Farmington, UT 84025.
Farmington City Business Licensing Office has no record of the business at the addresses listed, or under the business name.  They have left messages requesting call back, but have not had a response.

Other consumers reported the business provided them with the address 2150 S 1300 E, Ste 500, SLC, UT 84106.
Salt Lake City Business Licensing Department  has no record of the business at the addresses listed, or under the business name.

Both addresses are virtual office space.

BBB has also emailed and mailed requests for additional information.  The request mailed to the address on file in Salt Lake City was returned, marked “Attempted – Not known, Unable to Forward.” Three requests were mailed to the Farmington Address, the first in May, 2017.

Consumers have also provided additional telephone numbers: 877-620-4432, 385-212-3244, 385-212-3250, 385-212-3926, and 480-389-2529.

BBB has attempted to gather additional information from the business, but have been unsuccessful. BBB has left messages at all of the business telephone numbers, requesting a return call in an attempt to gather information about the business.  The business voice mail messages for incoming calls, at all the numbers, does not identify the business.  Voice mail messages vary: “One moment while I attempt to connect you,”  “Processing Department,” “I’m away from the phone right now, please leave and message and I’ll get back to you.”

During one of the additional calling attempts, a business representative answered the number listed on the business website, 866-838-2801, only identifying himself.  When questioned, he verified that he was with Community Assistance Center. BBB requested information, explaining that consumers had been in contact with us and we would like to make sure they can reach out to the business.  He said that to ensure accuracy; he was not allowed to provide any information to us, but asked for our telephone number so that his Manager could respond. BBB never heard back from the business.

Consumers report that the business offers to negotiate a better interest rate and mortgage payment through their current mortgage company.  However, in instances reported to the BBB, consumers allege the business failed to do more than send a Cease & Desist letter to their current mortgage company, and they soon found themselves facing foreclosure.
