Pending Government Action
The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On October 10, 2019, Arkansas Attorney General filed a lawsuit against BuyVapor.com alleging they sold and shipped nicotine products and devices, including e-cigarettes, to Arkansas children without age verification which is in violation of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (ADTPA).
