BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning the delivery of orders, refunds/exchanges and customer service issues. Consumers are told containers will be delivered in 7-14 days. The business has failed to communicate for over a month in some cases. Consumers would request verification on delivery dates with no communication from the business. 



Consumers allege delivery of wrong containers or containers are in poor/unusable conditions. Consumer’s would then cancel the container and want a refund or exchange of the container with little to no communication from the business.  



On 6/26/2019, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of 08/05/2019 the business has  failed to respond to BBB regarding these issues.
