          BBB files indicate that Golden Pickleball has a pattern of complaints concerning consumer allegations that they did not receive their order and are unable to contact the company even after trying multiple methods (like email, text, phone call, social media, etc.).

          On 1/25/2023, BBB reached out to Golden Pickleball regarding these concerns. They responded, saying the influx of complaints was due to a large manufacturing delay because of a supply shortage that has since been rectified after parting ways with that supplier. The company claims everyone who wanted a refund received it, and “all customers have been taken care of.”
