On July 26th, 2023 the business entered into an agreement with the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. The Assurance settles allegations that the business engaged in unprofessional conduct (job abandonment and disregard for
plans/specifications) and also unlawful conduct (failing to obtain a building permit
and unlicensed electrical work as a contractor). Under terms of the Assurance, the business voluntarily surrendered its license to practice as a contractor. The Assurance was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or a finding of violation of the law.
