Since August 2015, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received multiple disputes that exhibit the following pattern.
According to consumer disputes, it has been alleged that Express Vitals has been accepting payments for expedited birth certificates and then failing to deliver to consumers. The consumers are also alleging that when they are able to get in touch with the business to get a status they are receiving poor customer service and treated rudely by management when a refund is requested.
