Worst company! Scammers! Signed a contract a year ago. Paid an extraordinary amount of money for preventative care and treatments. No one has ever come out to provide care. MANY appointments were set, yet no one ever comes, no one ever calls. When I call to inquire I am always told the technician has an emergency. Yet their records document a visit and service was provided. Liars! Scammers!! Beware.Terminix

******** ********** is the worst office. The Manager blows you off saying he forgot. Had Terminix for years have damage from termites. They came out repaired some but won't repair rest. They mothered new wood to bad. Called and sent letters to corporate. Nothing.Terminix

what a bunch of thieves! This company should be shut down. Had a mouse problem and these fools didn't catch one mouse. Sent a guy out to patch holes outside the house, and he was here for a hr. My house is 100 yrs old, lol. I told him there is no way you patched all the holes. Long story short, all the above that ppl have been complaining about happened to **** called the main office down south and when i said i wanted to cancel, she said you can't and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service. They never return calls. I have been trying to get a refund for a service that was canceled back in the early part of July 2022. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reasonTerminix

I use another company for regular pest control insurance with no issues, but decided to shop around for termite protection for pricing reasons. WHAT A MISTAKE!! First, the inspector tells us that they might be in our walls already to send us into a panic. He tells me Ill be paying $350 for them to spray inside and $70 a month to set bait traps outside. They come set the bait traps up, no one ever comes to spray the inside. I call at least 10 times to ask them to spray the inside and instead they send another inspector. This one is super nice and helpful and lets me know I live in a high swarm area, and they wouldn't cause infestation. Thats great, but then I need my money back right? Wrong. They REFUSE to give me back what I was told was for inside spraying. I call a million times, someone agrees to give me my money back and then stops responding to my correspondence. I ask them to just cancel everything and refund me the unused portion. Still wont. They didnt even show up to pull their bait stations when I asked them to. And now I receive another **** for $350. These people are liars, scam artists, and thieves. They will not call you back, and if they make a decision you wont like they dont even have the backbone to call and tell you. They have been sued for their horrible refund and cancellation practices like 10 times, yet still continue to do the same thing. Next stop FTC, and I have contacted a lawyer. I just want everyone to know EXACTLY what to expect from this company,Terminix

Terrible company. I was charged for a pest service that did not work and I still had pests in my house. When they said they would come spray again for free as that was company policy, they scheduled the next spray so far away (2 months later) and so that "free" service was considered a paid service since it was 20 days away from the next quarter. I did not choose to have that service be scheduled so late and was charged for it. On top of that, I have been jerked around trying to schedule the annual termite service scheduled. Once they received my money, they never tried to schedule the appointment and then told me it was scheduled for 7/25, then they never came. So then I called back and they said it was never scheduled, then scheduled it for today, and no one has come. Complete waste of time and money. I have cancelled pest service, and will be cancelling termite.Terminix

Price not agreed on, service was not fully complete, not able to get a call back from local manager or home office manager. I have spoken to the home branch and discussed my issues and the price and services that were supposed to be done and also talked about all the canceled appointments. I even received an email regarding the service that was done, with photos and in black and white it shows that all services were not complete. I was guaranteed a phone by the local branch manager or the home branch manager that was supposed to happen on 1 August. To discuss this matter. No one called me. At this point I have no other recourse to retrieve my money. Terminix has not returned my calls and always refuse to allow to speak to a manager. I have several request. At one time the representative in the customer service department said to me. I do not have a manager.Terminix

What a frustrating and awful experience. I have a mice problem and the salesperson sold me on an exclusion package costing over $1,000. Watching what the tech did was not worth that amount of money - I could have placed the traps down like they did. Main thing they did over and above was shove steel wool in panels of my siding and replace the rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door. They were supposed to check the attic but never did. Salesperson came back when I pinged him to check the attic and discussion went right to a new service that costs $4,000 more dollars! A few weeks later, mice are back and I cant get anyone to come back out. Had an appt today and no one showed up. Found out sales person set up up for a 2nd year renewal, which I canceled and got $200 back. Also found out I was set upon a quarterly pest control routine which I would be charged $150 every 3 months. I canceled that once I found out. All I want is to rid myself of the mice and all I get is someone trying to sell me more stuff I dont want. Time for another company even though I know I am out the money I already paid. Would have been cheaper and as efficient if I did this myself.Terminix

I called Terminix over a year ago and they didn't remove racoons or fix entry holes. Someone went up into the attic.....I couldn't see what he did, but whatever he did....it didn't work. He worked on a place that looked like a small rodent could get in, but left a hole "for them to get out". Never came back to fix that hole. It rained for a week (over a year ago) and softened the sheetrock so that any weight pushed right through and made a huge hole in my car port. They placed mesh over that large hole that I have seen racoons exit. They take money out of my account each month and just spray around the exterior of the house. Racoons woke me up at 5-something this morning and I can hear them messing with my a/c ducts, stomping, and dropping small objects. I really don't know who to call or what to do about it and I don't want them to destroy the house. I have left messages, talked to branch manager, terminated the service by phone (they still come out and spray the exterior and take money out of my account) NO amount of complaining to employees on phone or leaving messages does any good. I would love to hear of any company in this area that has a solution.Terminix
