      Fedex has the worst automated customer service I have ever encountered. It is obviously calculated to prevent you from speaking to anyone who can actually help you if you have an issue. If you manage to get through to one, the customer service people are quite nice and helpful, but you have to be willing to beat your head against the menu options repeated until you get one which depending on your luck, can take anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes. They kept delivering our packages to business next door and there is no option on their menu to address an issue that isn't tracking your package.

      My daughter order me a Mothers Day gift on May 1, 2025. It arrived from ********** to *********, IN on May 6. Then it was a delay on May 8. Then it went to May 16. After several calls, the lies started. You cant file a claim until after you receive the package. Unbelievable! Talked to Supervisor ***** on May 19 @ 9:57 am EST and filed a complaint. She said she would email me a copy. Didnt happened! On May 20 @ 8:27 am I spoke with ***. She saw the complaint but said their policy forbids them to email me a copy. More lies or coverup! I asked where the package is currently. She said it shows its on the truck. When I attempt to track it, it says on the way. I told her it was probably stolen by a FedEx employee.FedEx is trash and I told my daughter not to use them . But sometimes when you order on line, you cant select the shipper. FEDX IS UNWORTHY!

      Warning - Avoid using FedEx Shipping at All Cost If you are either shipping to or picking up packages, then please do not use FedEx Package or Freight services. Both the FedEx Package and Freight services that serve ********, ***** are criminal organizations that steal packages and freight from their customers. We have experienced this on multiple occasions. FedEx employees have forged our signatures numerous times for the shipments, and then marked them delivered, but actually never delivered the shipments to us. Both us and our customers have tried to reach out to FedEx regarding this recurring issue, but no help is available. FedEx only has one 800 phone number for the entire company, and it's impossible to reach a real human to complain about this.

      Fedex needs to stop being a shipping company they trll you that your packages will be there on a certian date and never show up so whoever loads the delivery trucks all need to be held responsible for not making sure packages are on a truck to be deliver on the date they text and email you .this is like the 5 time they have did this and nobody held responsible for it and they also need to learn what live plant means

      They are incompetent and hide behind a customer service number. They have changed the address for delivery numerous times. No one is willing to do anything you ask. They cant provide the address they delivered it too after verifying everything with me.

      Avoid at all costs. The Fedex Ground Economy is a ****. They ship through **** and if they lose a package, they blame **** and try and send you to them to try and get compensated and then **** sends you back to Fedex because that is who you initially sent the package through. DO NOT USE!! I have three claims (2 lost and 1 damaged) and they have never compensated me for any.

      Worst company ever not able to ever reach a real life person. They always try to push you towards the online telephone route I've had a package sitting in a facility not moving for two weeks and according to FedEx it's only been six business days how is Thursday to Thursday to the following Thursday 14 days only six business days? Their math does not math! I am not allowed to follow a complaint about a missing package because I am not the sender. Because I am not the sender I can't get any information about the package. I hope nobody in the FedEx corporation ever breaks down in their vehicle or needs medical help because Lord forbid, I will walk right by them, and not feel bad about the situation one bit. FedEx is a company that corporates members deserve to burn for all of eternity.. listen guys it's not just about profits it's about the customers

      Too many times has my package been "delayed ". I had one recently go from Comerce City Colorado to Henderson Colorado in a day. That's a 16 minute trip. That means they took ALL DAY to go 16 minutes. What were they doing all day? Sure as heck wasn't delivering my package.

      Leaving a zero if possible, web site is horrible, service is never on time. Every time they need to deliver a package that needs a signature, they miss the delivery. Expect me to sit home for another day....It's ubsurd to think that's feasible for a working class customer. The website doesn't allow you to make changes and No one answers customer service .....absolutely pathetic.

      Delayed delivery by two days. Got a notification that a delivery attempt was made. It was not, I was home all day. Called customer service and was told no attempt was made and that it will be delivered the next day. I responded with so your company just lies about deliveries and the customer service *** said yes. Never dealing with FedEx again.
