    Apple home inspections did a terrible job inspecting my home! They only told us about little obvious issues told us the rooftop was in great condition and done very professionally. Until I went up on the room to check a leak that they said was dry and no longer a issue the rubber roof was peeling back at the edges, the bottom 3 ft was so deteriorated that puddles were laying on a sloped rubber roof. There was mold under our bathtub in a clearly accessible access panel. Our water company told us that our water line coming into the house had no backflow preventor and needed to be replaced immediately which was also in a easily accessible man hole in our front lawn. It’s a shame they aren’t doing a better job in a already inflated housing market. Not getting what you paid for or getting the house in the condition you are told it is in! Beware
