On July 24, 2012 the BBB started to get calls from consumers that company representatives contacted them and said that they have a buyer for the consumer’s timeshare. Subsequently, consumers have lost thousands of dollars in relation to dealings with this company. As of October 16, 2012 the company is not registered with the Department of State nor registered with the Department of Insurance to do business in Pennsylvania. Mail sent to this Business has been returned by the US Postal Service as undeliverable as addressed for company’s location at 235 Fort Pitt Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Property owner says not such company ever resided there.
