      ALL STAFF NEEDS TO TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. My internet and TV service has been in and out for over 30 days. Went on vacation came back on a monday to nothing. Contacted comcast, could not get a tech out to my residence until thursday. I explained it had to be after 4pm, person on the phone said ok. started getting text messages say my appointment was at 10am. Called back had to cancel that appointment, next available monday. Tech came out 1 1/2 hours late, did not fix the problem said he would be back early in the AM, again showed 1 1/2 hours after time he told me. Did not have all the equipment to do the job. Have not seen or heard anything from him. Called comcast again got another appointment now for thursday. See where I'm going. Getting the run around, nothing getting fixed. Worst customer service ever. Problem is I work from home 3-4 times a month and comcast is my only option for reliable internet, WHEN IT'S WORKING. My star rating is ZERO, but I have to select at least one.

      I have been in contact with Comcast for the last 5 days and have made over 20 phone calls so they can fix my services. The first time they brought tech, the tech told me they cannot fix the issue because they need to run a new fiber cable. Two days later, they have line bury and it still not fixed. They bring another tech and the tech says there needs to be maintenance to fix the issue. Maintenance comes out and they can't fix the issue. I have been out of services for 5 days and they keep sending me tech and nothing is being fixed. I have taken 5 days off to get this resolve and still have no been resolved. Every time I ask to speak to a manager, they do not help and they don't provide resolution. I am frustrated that I am begging for services! I work from home!

      Bundled my phone service and internet service together to save money...BIG MISTAKE ....that one act alone cost me hundreds of dollars. Lied to by customer service. Lied to by technicians who were supposed install but didn't show up! Lied to repeatedly...they tell you what you want tot hear and once your off the phone you disapper.
      No follow through
      No taking responsibility
      No internet service means no phone service. So good luck reaching anyone during a black out!
      Could care less about their customers once they get your money.
