      Xfinity is the worst company. They had a planned outage but provided less than 24 hours notice. They said it would be 2 hours, but ended up being over 4 hours and they didn't finish. That evening the sent out a message there would be another outage the next day (less than 12 hour notice), but they didn't do any work. Instead they moved it to the following day WITHOUT notice. Many people work from home making this an incredible disruption to people's livelihood.

      Had changed/updated my service. It was done correctly, but they had promised a $200 gift card. Well, it's been a whole month since I made the changes to my service and NO GIFT CARD! My parents did the same and they were also promised a gift card, and they are also waiting for theirs to come! Comcast, don't promise something if you're NOT going to deliver!

      Internet is and has not been working properly for months. I work from home and have had to call about my Internet service for months. Today, I had to take 2 hours from work for them tonwork on the issue and it is still not resolved. I asked for a tec to come out, I was told not twice until I told them that I was filing a complaint with the BBB. After 2 hours of my internet still not working properly, they told me that they would be send someone out, which I might have to pay for. I need to know, who's monitoring these companies?

      I received a new Gateway; activated it, despite difficulties because it required a cell phone to activate it and my current cell phone wasn't working. Then the activation stopped and I had not only no internet but no phone. I went to the library to use their internet connection and after their not being able to restore my connection I was promised that at no charge that a service technician would come out. I was given a CR number and a two-hour time window that the technician would appear in. During that call with the on-line chat person, she took MAC address, password, etc. trying to activate the line. When I got home, the internet connection did work. Today I called (on-line chat assistance) to cancel the appointment but was told that "the customer refused having a technician come out." Why the lie? During one of my calls to them they also said that they could upgrade my service at no charge or $100 cancellation fee......I accepted but now live in fear of what they will do. July 21, 2022

      Trying to get Xfinity to resolve an error they made has been a nightmare (07/11/2022 -7/21/2022) and visiting the Greeley Store and speaking to numerous individuals online and via phone, the issue has remained unresolved. I've spent 11.25 hours on this issue and am so glad I read the bottom line on the contract sent which would have cost me hundreds of dollars on phones plus termination fees. I signed up for free phones that were on promotion by my order was canceled by a little girl with a poor attitude and poor training. Another individual stepped in and helped me with the 4th piece of identity and I left the store thinking my order had been confirmed. Needless to say, I contacted Xfinity about my phones that never arrived and 5 to 6 calls later, they agreed to honor my original order only to find they'd just placed another order because the promotion was no longer available. They stated that the original promotion would kick in and instead I was hit with a billing that was twice the original order. They were now charging for each phone (I only found this out when I tried to activate the phones) which should have been free with the original promotion. I also want to state I'd ordered accessories for each phone which is why I needed the original order reinstated. I didn't cancel the original order and felt they should've held up their end. I received a billing notice after this transpired, there was no bundle discount or the discount for auto pay. The reason to bundle my phones and internet was to get a better discount. At this time it remains unresolved. I will be returning the phones to the store and since they have not been activated. They will need to give me my money back for the taxes paid and the cost of my accessories.
      I'm so disappointed that we only have 2 internet carriers in my area and they have monopolized the industry. The other provider had a ton of issues with internet integrity otherwise, I would be taking my internet business elsewhere.

      Xfinity mobile was the worst thing I have ever had it would drop calls all the tine and i couldnt even use the internet because there was no service in the area and it cost me more then att wireless or Verizon wireless my family came to my apartment and they all had att and they all had service. When I would call the customer service they would tell me there is nothing wrong with my phone and wouldn't even do anything to help me but they wanted there money for their services I don't think it's right they want full payment when I wasn't able to use their services.I think I should get refunded for all the headaches i had to deal with for over 2 years. I WOULD LIKE TO TELL ANYONE THINKING OF GETTING XFINITY MOBILE TO GO TO ATT OR VERIZON DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH XFINITY

      XFINITY MOBILE SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
      I recently made the decision to switch my phone service to XFINITY . bringing over all my devices. not knowing my devices were locked by my previous provider, I received new sim cards to use. Upon attempting to activate the SIM card, on one of my lines i discovered the sim was not supported so I decided to keep my previous provider. with attempted to port my number back to the previous provider . I needed a port pin and at the time of this review I have been on the call with them almost 2 hours trying to get one. I had to explain that since the SIM is not supported i can not get text or calls to the device so sending me the pin to port does not work can they provide on the phone. they said no initially then said oh someone from Escalations will call you back in 24-48 hours. I declined and asked for supervisor and it was refused then stated the team lead was in a meeting , i asked for a id number and it was refused. I have worked as a escalations specialist as well in a customer call center for years and I know tricks of the trades. I am so disappointed in this process. all I need is a port out pin that I am sure they can generate over the phone in a second , just like they can send a text message to any phone number you call from to ask about the experience.

      I received an upgrade January 2022 but not the modern to sustain the level of internet & devices I now have. The representative I worked with over the phone was attending to their children in the background not professional nor focused on the call. I inquired several times about if a new modem was needed not only for the internet speed to run efficiently but because we'd had this older modern over 2 years. She said no and rushed us through the process since January 2022 the new plan started, up until now July 2022 we've had poor internet service and connection. It's not worth the money we are paying & xfinity refused to refund us for the failure to provide the modem & level of internet we've been paying for since Jan 2022 which is fraud paying for a service you aren't receiving

      Signed up for Xfinity mobile 4 lines February 9, when "BRING YOUR OWN DEVICE" and receive a $200 Visa prepaid card. Found out July 3, one line did not qualify since we did not import the number from the previous carrier and got a new number instead. WE WERE NOT TOLD THIS and there are NO terms and conditions ANYWHERE that I can find. I've called and asked for them and they cannot provide them. They just tell you this is the rule. Also, as of July 20, we still do not have the 3 prepaid cards.

      I have had Xfinity since I moved to MA from FL in October 2021 and it has been the worst experience. I advised the representative in the store I didn't want to be on a contract and come to find out I was put on a contract with cancellation fees. I called about scheduling a payment arrangement to avoid service interruption since I work from home. The rep scheduled a payment for 7/19/22 and told me to callback on 7/15/22 to cancel the payment and pay half and my services would not be interrupted. My services were suspended I called back and that rep restored them and couldn't schedule a payment arrangement so he scheduled a callback from a supervisor. By the time i received a callback from the supervisor they confirmed they seen the payment arrangement i scheduled online. I took a screen shot off the arrangement saying I had to pay an additional $104.92 by 7/24/22 and Xfinity suspended my services again on 7/20/22. I received a call back from a supervisor on 7/20/22 and he advised me that they will not honor what both the previous reps and supervisors said or the screenshot i had of the system generated scheduled payment stating services would be good until 7/24/22. I also was approved for the Affordable Connectivity Program for my internet that was never applied to my account. I work from home and can't afford to miss a day of work and this company and its employees are THE WORST!!!
