The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On May 14, 2024, the Camp Hill Police Department announced the arrest of the owner of the company and charged him with one count of felony theft by deception. According to charging documents, the owner allegedly took money from a consumer to repair a lawn mower and failed to return to do the repair. The owner also faces similar charges in neighboring jurisdictions dating back to February 2024 as follows: a February 2024 misdemeanor theft by deception charge filed in Mechanicsburg; three April 2024 misdemeanor theft by deception charges in Lower Paxton Township; an April 2024 misdemeanor theft by deception charge in Susquehanna Township; and an April 2024 misdemeanor theft by deception charge in Fairview Township; as well as an active warrant issued by the Fairview Township Police Department for allegedly accepting payments to do work that he never performed. No trial dates have been set.
