      This place was great while it lasted. I had my monthly membership fee on autopay. My membership renewed on Dec. 15th and on Dec. 17th ****, the owner, sent out an email that he was closing down the business because it never quite recovered after COVID. Understandable. What was unfortunate was that he told me it would take him up to a month to process/issue refunds. I messaged him after almost two months when I did not receive a refund/any prorated refund for my membership and I never heard back from him. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and had my money returned through them. It figures the place isn't BBB accredited... Just a warning to others about when you have payments on "autopay..."
