On April 3, 2018, BBB was made aware that individuals are receiving calls allegedly from Micro IT Services LLC notifying them that their computer had been hacked and they need victims IP address to fix it. BBB has determined that these phone calls are from an imposter and not from Micro IT Services LLC.
BBB suggest that consumers not reply to the correspondence or give out personal or sensitive information.
