On January 24, 2022, Better Business Bureau contacted CustomTeez PDX LLC regarding an advertising claim found on its website, https://customteezpdx.com. Specifically, CustomTeez PDX LLC claims " Wholesale Discounts" and "High Quality DTG Print".

 

The term “wholesale price” or “at cost” and the like can be used only when they are the current prices which retailers usually and customarily pay when they buy such products for resale. 

 

Consumers claim that the products received are not of the high quality suggested.  When requesting a replacement or refund, the requests are not honored.

 

Despite written requests, as of February 22, 2022, CustomTeez PDX LLC has failed to substantiate or modify its advertisement.
